Julie Knight is the Executive Director for Annual Giving at Carnegie Mellon University. She is the lead strategist, focusing on undergraduate alumni participation and pipeline development. Prior to joining CMU, Julie was a member of the development teams at the University of Miami and Johns Hopkins University. She holds a Ph.D. in the Social Sciences from Cardiff University and is a proud alumna of Penn State University.

Jeff Neal is the Assistant Vice President for Digital Engagement & Annual Giving at Loyola University Chicago. Prior to Loyola, Jeff led annual giving and direct response efforts at Syracuse University, and spent the 11 years prior in sports marketing with the Philadelphia 76ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Wizards, and Foot Locker, Inc. Jeff earned both his BS & MBA from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management.
