With the advent of the global pandemic, the labour market saw major disruption, with levels of unemployment at their highest rate observed since data collection began in 1948. These effects were felt disproportionately among young people and minority groups with the uncertainty around the pandemic combining with uncertainty on the future of work.

This presented a unique challenge to Career Centers who needed to quickly pivot and ultimately play a crucial role in supporting students through education and training, community and connections and facilitating internships, placements and professional opportunities all in an all new virtual reality.

Join us LIVE on June 17th for a special roundtable with Career Services thought leaders from UNC Charlotte and The University of Oklahoma where they will be discussing:

  • · How will innovations that resulted from the crisis continue to shape the future of Careers.
  • · Going forward, how do we provide equitable access to mentorship and career connections.
  • · What are the new KPIs to measure ourselves against.
